SMS Terms and Conditions — UPCI Workflow Automation

These SMS Terms and Conditions ("SMS Terms") govern your use of the text messaging notifications sent by the United Pentecostal Church International ("UPCI," "we," "us," or "our") through the UPCI Workflow Automation platform available at wa.upci.org (the "Platform").

📋 Program Description

The UPCI Workflow Automation SMS program sends transactional text message notifications to authorized Platform users regarding action items tied to their roles within the organization. Notifications include, but are not limited to:

  • Pending application approvals
  • Messages awaiting response
  • Forms requiring completion
  • Task assignments
  • Reminders related to board, committee, or ministerial workflow activity

✅ Opt-In

You opt in to receive SMS notifications by providing your mobile number and affirmatively consenting to receive text messages during your account setup on the Platform, or by updating your notification preferences within your account settings. By opting in, you represent that you are the subscriber or authorized user of the mobile number provided.

📨 Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your role and workflow activity within the Platform.

💲 Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your plan.

🛑 Opt-Out

You may cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send the message STOP to us, we will send you a reply message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you re-enroll. You may also manage your notification preferences within your Platform account.

📡 Carriers

Supported carriers include, but are not limited to: AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, Virgin Mobile, and Cricket Wireless. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

👥 Eligibility

The SMS program is available only to authorized users of the UPCI Workflow Automation Platform who have been granted Platform access in connection with their role within the organization.

🔐 Privacy

Information collected in connection with the SMS program is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at https://wa.upci.org/Home/Privacy.

We do not sell or share your mobile number or opt-in data with third parties for marketing purposes.

📅 Changes to These Terms

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted at this URL with an updated "Last updated" date.
